DAMN! I HATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON! SUPER SIAN DEEE!!!!!!!!!! nvm to did some workout wakakakaka started off with 30 dumbbell pulls(both hand). den proceed to 20 dumbbell fly den proceed to 50 sit ups and 20 pull ups(which later increase to 30) den back to 50 sits ups and 30 dumbbell pulls and 20 dumbbell fly ITS REALLY GREAT! NOW I CAN DO 20 PUSH UPS STR8 NO KICK =)
